Premier Service - Managing Your Business Technology
We deliver the highest business value through our core service, managing a customer's technology environment. We do this through managed service agreements billed on a monthly basis. For a set monthly fee (based on the customers annual technology budget), we help a customer establish a technology strategy for their business then design, build, and manage all of a customers technology in accordance with that strategy. This arrangement allows enables complete technology and deep business integration and maximizes the value realized by the customer.
Technology budget and fee arrangements are determined prior to beginning any work so there are no pricing surprises for the customer. We do not require the customer to sign long term agreements. We deliver services on a month-to-month contract so the customer can terminate the relationship at any point they feel their investment is not fully realized, minimizing customer risk exposure.
